They embrace the opportunity to work in and with the kitchen so that the cocktails furthers the culinary experience. They take the same pride in the preparation of their libations as the Chef's do with the cuisine.
Chris has been tending bar for the last 20 years. He hails from Oregon where he began as a prep cook and worked his way behind the bar and never left. His experience previous to Urbane included jazz clubs, blues bars, sushi, hole in walls and microbreweries.
Micahl has been at Urbane since 2009 and has been slinging cocktails since 2012. He has a flair for creating cocktails featuring fresh local ingredients and spirits from the northwest.
